Catie and Paul Gallivan moved to Hammock Reserve in 2002, two years after the development was completed. She is originally from Chicago and presently is the store manager at Lily Pulitzer in Boca Raton. He is from Buffalo, NY and is a vice president and financial advisor at Morgan Stanley in Boca Raton.
The couple was actively house hunting when they discovered Hammock Reserve. Both immediately liked the neighborhood. “It was quiet, and we thought if we had children, it would be suitable,” he says.

The single family homes real estate market in Palm Beach County is accelerating. The inventory is becoming scarce both in availability and number of days they remain on the market is dramatically decreasing. Consequently sold prices have increased and there are fewer homes available for sale.
