November 2016 Monthly Market Summary for Single Family Homes for Palm Beach County Jean-Luc Andriot blog

In November 2016, last year at this time, our single family housing inventory continued to grow.
For Palm Beach County:

    • The number of closed sales increased by 6.4% to 1,225 homes sold.
    • The average price of closed sales decreased by -7.9% to $394,469.
    • The median time to closed sales decreased by -5% to 95 days.
    • The number of months’ supply of inventory was 4.6 months and now it is 5.1 months (+10.9%).
