As the year draws to a close, November’s statistics reveal that the luxury market continues to go from strength to strength, adding still further to a year full of unexpected trends.

The majority of the 101 markets reviewed in November by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing show that, for the first time in many years,

Luxury automotive manufacturer, Aston Martin, visionary architect Sir David Adjaye and Lightstone, one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the United States, revealed a unique collaboration to create a collection of five exclusive homes, available for purchase at 130 William, New York City’s premier new luxury residential development.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, the supermodel Gisele Bündchen are serious players in the real estate world.
They are offloading a luxe, 12th-floor Manhattan apartment for just under $40 million, according to the New York Post.
That would be quite a return on investment. The two purchased the residence in the Tribeca neighborhood in 2018 for $25.46 million.
The listing is currently off market.

The property closed for $13 million on Dec. 2.

The actress and entrepreneur, who was married to Elvis Presley from 1967 until they divorced in 1973, placed the European-style mansion on the market in August for just under $16 million.
