Don’t cry for Conan O’Brien just because, after almost 28 years, he no longer has his own late-night talk show. He’s been busy enjoying the Southern California coast, where he owns two multimillion-dollar beach homes. Of course, he has been trying to sell one of his Carpinteria luxury homes for $16.5 million since July. But that didn’t stop him from picking up an even more dazzling retreat in August.

His latest purchase is in the same town south of Santa Barbara and he paid $23 million, according to Dirt. The 4,000-square-foot, cottage-style home was originally built on Sand Point in 1963.
Since then, it’s been very elegantly updated.
