Currently, at the Boca Raton Museum of Art, you can indulge in one of the most innovative exhibits of its time. This international display reveals with installations created from glass. Not only are there plenty of visuals to pique your interest, but they also incorporate video and live performances as well for you to gain the total experience using material found from science and nature to industrial and human-made applications. You can get this exhibit to be on display until July 2nd, 2017. This is a Boca Raton ‘Must See’ for the museum.

Next, be sure to visit Waterstone Resort and Marina for a night of fun. This location is ideal for those who enjoy watersports or have a yacht and are looking to dock at a top-notch venue. For the ladies, our Boca Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their Successful Women in Business Luncheon on April 20th at the lovely Maggiano’s Italian Restaurant. The guest speaker who is featured at this event is President Karen Lustgarten from Multi-Media Works who will be discussing branding and the world of media. This conference will be both enlightening and educational for all the entrepreneurs who live in Palm Beach County.

If you’re a senior resident who loves science, then don’t miss the “Silver Science Days” hosted by the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium. This location is in West Palm Beach but has beautiful auditorium as well as a planetarium for you to become fascinated. This is a terrific spot for you to take the grandkids or children if you have them. Not only will you be using your brain, but you'll also be met with a smile when you do by the many exhibitors and educational speakers who make your visit enjoyable.

If you’re a vet or know of someone, who is, then be sure to partner with the United Way of Broward County’s Free Veteran Family Retreat April 21-23rd. They will include tons of outdoor activities helping assist both the service men and women along with their families for the post 9/11 issues that may include stress releveling alternatives supporting our troops long after they served. That great event takes place at the Duncan Center in Delray Beach, Florida and will surely help a lot of people in need.

In addition to the activity for seniors, there’s plenty to do for the kids and younger parents such as the 4th annual Angel Moms Brunch and Benefit. This fundraiser is hosted by Place of Hope at the Leighan and David Rinker Campus. This year’s guest speaker includes Leigh Ann Tuohy who has inspired the writers for the movie “Blind Side” where she adopted a street child, Michael Oher, who became an NFL offensive lineman for the Baltimore Ravens and the Tennessee Titans. Other than fundraisers, there’s plenty of music filling the salty air with “God Save the Queen” April 14th for the incredible sounds from one of world renown band Queen. The singer is almost an identical replication to the late musician and songwriter, Freddy Prince who was lead vocalist back in the 90’s for the musical rock group. Boca Raton and its neighboring communities have a reason why it’s considered a playground for the wealthy. In fact, there’s always so much to see and do you couldn’t possibly cover it all.
