From Realtor.com, Inside James Earl Jones’ Unique Hudson Home—as Actor Who Voiced Darth Vader and Mufasa Dies at 93

James Earl Jones was a bona fide Hollywood legend, having lent his talents to an array of iconic movies, including the “Star Wars” franchise and “The Lion King.” But the late on-screen star found his true home thousands of miles away from the bright lights of Los Angeles—in the quaint Hudson, NY, village of Pawling.

Jones, who died on Sept. 9 at the age of 93, built quite the property empire in Dutchess County over the years. Property records indicate that he owned 10 neighboring properties at the time of his passing.

Those properties include both homes and plots of land, although it is unclear whether Jones had built any additional houses on the acreage during his ownership.
