Boca Raton is well known for popular events and fun parties even if you’re new to the area. The Boca Ratonian ‘is in the know’ when it comes to New Year’s Eve celebrations and we’ve got a nice selection if you want to keep your jubilee local. Take a glance at the info and details as your Boca Raton Premier Properties Quick Guide if you’re still looking for something to do last minute.

While many of South Floridians will head down to Miami or Fort Lauderdale tonight to bring in the New Year, you can dance it up with some of the residents at the Boca Dunes Golf & Country Club located at 1400 SW 65th Avenue. This hoopla begins at 7:30 PM and will last to the wee hours of 12:30 AM tomorrow. They have an excellent menu including an Open Bar for up to 5-hours and a DJ spinning your favorite dance tunes. You don’t have to be a member to join the group, and this is an excellent way for you to determine if the venue is worth a future investment. Also, you’ll be making new friends in your new Boca Raton hometown.

Next on the list, if you’re open to doing some light travel for the holiday spirit, then be sure to check out Denison's iDeck at the PGA National Resort & Spa. This breathtaking venue offers cozy and romantic fireplaces, private bottle services and is right next to a gorgeous swimming pool making it a South Florida Happy New Year! The New Year Ball Drop will be televised on several flat screens found throughout the facility, so you won’t have to miss your friends in New York. Be sure to call them early to see what the availability is or if they’ve sold out.

You can also take advantage of the celebration held at the Boca Marriot. The party starts at 8:00 PM and will certainly bring in a few toasts kissing 2018 goodbye and welcoming 2019 with a bang! Both casual and formal attire is welcome to this fabulous location. Also, if you have guests coming from out of town, this is a nice spot for them to book a room without the worry of drinking and driving. We did call the hotel and check with them for availability and were told this event is sold out online, but there are still tickets available at the door. Be sure to visit the hotel for Buffet Breakfast any day of the week.

If you’re planning on spending today or tomorrow at the beach and are new to the area, homeowner’s and residents can pick up a beach permit. The offices are open today but may not issue in time for your party. Be sure to ask if you need any special permission for building a bonfire on the beach as in most areas they will likely be prohibited. Keep in mind, dogs and furry friends aren’t allowed unless you’re on private property or in a designated dog area. In most cases, pets have a curfew as well. However, spending the evening with your loved ones for a coastal celebration is a Boca Raton tradition for some locals. Be sure to get more info by clicking the link below:

While many people are looking to socialize, you can find plenty of fun at any one of the country club communities in the area. However, keep in mind, you may need to be a member of the club to enter. If you’re a new resident in one of these neighborhoods, then be sure to contact the concierge to find out what type of access you have at these awesome spots. In some cases, these venues will allow you to visit or join them for a fee. However, these are elite clubs. Be sure to ask what’s on the agenda for the little ones and grandkids since many of these clubs offer children’s activities.

Speaking of new homeowners, many of you reading this may have just purchased a home or property from our agency. If you’re not sure what to do, party it up at your new house or condominium. Many of the liquor stores deliver cases of champagne and other spirits right to the door. Besides the choice of liquor, you could get some terrific catering. If you’re at the last hour scrambling for things to do or are organizing your gathering and need a good caterer, contact your local Publix supermarket.
