The Summer in the City Concert Series at Mizner Park Beats the Heat!

The Summer in the City Concert Series is kicking things off this season with some excellent guest stars. August 10th, the artists will be performing some of the favored Billy Joel hits. You can catch these shows at the trendy and happening Mizner Park Amphitheater and the best part is they are absolutely FREE!! Boca Raton is a dynamite place to see some of the local and traveling talents whether it’s performing arts or visual. If you enjoy being entertained, our town is ideal for you!

Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce is Sizzling with Fundraisers

Our very own Chamber of Commerce helps keep the ball bouncing with some terrific charitable fundraisers. “Sniff and Sip” with doTerra brings the zen of essential oils and wine tasting to a whole new level. The best part is 100% of the proceeds for this event goes to 4Kids. 4Kids is a non-profit organization where they help to parent children with family-style homes to keep them from suffering the loss of a parent who is less fortunate. You can help these children by having a great time while raising money for such a worthy cause.

Live Performances Up the Coast Cool Things Down

Next, if you aren’t opposed to driving up the coast to the Maltz Jupiter Theater, you can catch “To Kill a Mockingbird” which is a student production. The young performers will be stepping onto the stage tomorrow night August 11th, at 7:30 PM. You won’t want to miss this sizzling hot performance as the as the Maltz Jupiter Theater Youth Artists do their best to represent this Harper Lee story.

Howard Alan Craft Festival is a Great Way to ‘Chill’

You’ll be enriched and inspired by this annual event held at the fabulous Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. Playing 9 holes or more can help keep your Summer moving right along and South Florida has some of the nicest clubs in the USA. At the end of August, the Pro-Scratch Championship tees off at Broken Sound. This golf outing includes 18-holes using a Four-Ball Stroke format.
