Sip, Socialize and Enjoy!

The city of Boca Raton offers so much to residents, tourists and visitors. As one of Palm Beach County’s trendiest cities, it’s no wonder people look to make this town a permanent place to live. One thing is sure, Boca Ratonians love their coffee. Whether you like a dark roast or latte, there will be a coffee house that is just right for you. Here is a list of some of the best coffee houses in town for you to enjoy.

The Seed located off West Palmetto Park road and just a hop, skip and jump from the Boca Grand condominiums. This place is new to Boca Raton and will be opening soon. This is a unique place as the two women operating the establishment are real entrepreneurs. One thing we noted after seeing this dynamic duo is they’re big into healthy choices and offer a full menu of superb smoothies, oats, and muffins. In fact, Carly is a registered nurse who is also native to Boca Raton. While these two ladies have a real future juicing it up and getting us all wired, we certainly think this is a ‘must try’ for those who are just moving to the area. Next, R1 Coffee Company has three locations in Boca Raton. The one closest to Townsend Place is convenient and can make an enjoyable walk to the spot as it’s not that far. The coffee shop has a friendly atmosphere and a terrific spread with things such as Salmon Toast with Green Shakshuka. The upscale coffee bar claims you will have a “coffee experience” while sipping on espresso or their cold brew. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy an excellent breakfast, this café is perfect as they serve up the right food and drinks to a luxury crowd. By visiting your local coffee shops, you are not only helping to support the businesses, but you’re also in an atmosphere that tends to be very friendly. Besides who doesn’t love a good cup of Joe? Just a little way from the Delray Lakes subdivision is a little place called Coffee District. This site not only sells java, but they also brew their beer. With a fun crowd, this is an excellent place to get your entertainment or to just relax. One thing you can count on is it will have a diverse crowd with it being so close to the Delray Beach area. Since there’s plenty of artists and designers who frequent this area, you’ll find the culture to be outstanding. Besides the population and the high-art society, you won’t find a website for this scrumptious place. But, what you will find is a great variety of home brews and exotic blends of beans.

If you’ve got Boca Isles South on your list for your next estate, then one place you will have to visit is the Fresco Foodworks that is off Yamato and the 441. Besides the nice menu of sandwiches and salads, they are outstanding for their Peppermint Patty Lattes! This is a gourmet establishment that will leave you hankering for more than just a starter in the morning. If you enjoy pitas and a sweet iced hurricane, then make a pit stop! You can take a peek at their weekly specials by stopping at their website.

Other than the delicious pita sandwiches and coffee, if you have been thinking of investing in a luxury condominium where there are awesome coffee shops, then City Walk is an ideal location. Subculture Coffee in Delray Beach is an excellent choice. This West Atlantic Avenue coffee shop is in Delray Beach and on one of the most famous strips in South Florida. Besides being in a swanky building, they’ve got an awesome staff along with an incredible selection of tea. Whether you’re a fan of Earl Grey or a Fruit Flavor brew, is an excellent blend that will have you ordering more. This is a good idea for people just moving to the area and looking for their favorite tea house.

The Saquella Café is another trendy place near Boca Grand. While they serve some incredible tapas, they are top-notch when it comes to serving some fantastic breakfasts. If you enjoy your locks and bagels, then be sure to sink your teeth into a salmon royale croissant! You will find their staff to be superior to any Starbucks out there. You’ll be happy with the service as well. Don’t forget to bring home a Mocaccino for a loved one.

One of the most sought-after establishments in Boca Raton is Townsend Place. Another Broken Egg Café is an excellent creation, and it’s within walking distance to the condominiums. While this is a chain of diners, they offer upscale cuisine that keeps you fit. If you’ve got plans to take the family to brunch, then this would make an excellent choice. These folks cater with a Cajun style, and their cold brew iced coffee is an incredible selection. If you’re feeling a bit riskier with your palette, then order a coffee with Kahlua or Baileys to warm you up!

These are just a few of the many coffee shops you can enjoy if you’re looking to move to Boca Raton. While we don’t endorse any businesses, we do think you should check them out for yourself. Whether you enjoy, coffee, tea or beer for breakfast, all these establishments are a hit! See which place you like the most and drop us a line to let us know your thoughts.
