As I am a member of The Institute for Luxury Marketing, I thought I would share with you their August 2021 report for Boca Raton - Delray Beach.
It is your guide to a general analysis on the trends and comparative data on the top-residential markets in the Boca Raton - Delray Beach area.

At the national level:
This month we are taking a deeper dive into some of the top trends that are currently influencing the luxury real estate market.
It seems surreal to look back to our August 2019 report and see our findings highlighted a decrease in the demand for luxury homes, a decline in the average sales price and that people were questioning the value of homeownership.
And let’s not forget the ever-strengthening trend that saw the affluent move away from larger properties to owning in a state-of-the-art, amenity-driven building, complex or home with smart,
space-saving architecture – which all translates to luxury buyers choosing smaller contemporary living spaces at a lower price.
