While the weather gets cooking so can you with some of the awesome events for Boca Raton in June. This year, we recommend you make a point of it to get out and get to know the locals as well as become involved in your new hometown. With so much to do here, it's impossible to slip into boredom. You may even find our list of things to do will help you get motivated or excited.

May 31- June 1, 2019 –

Boca Raton's very own Super-Pop artist, Ariana Grande will perform at the American Airlines Arena down in Miami. While we generally promote within our city limits, the Boca Raton resident is someone we're all very proud of as our local celebrity. There's rumor she still lives in the modest Boca Raton home with her mother when she's not touring the around the globe.

June 3, 2019 –

Get out your clubs for this golf event at the fabulous Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club., and you can attend without becoming a member. This golf tournament is also sponsored by UBS and Leifer Law Group who are helping support the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Involvement is an excellent way to get out and meet your new neighbors as well as see some of the incredible properties recently sold at this elite location. We look forward to seeing what your bogie hits!

Mark your calendar and take a night off from cooking. At Food Truck Fridays, the city of Boca Raton brings your local vendors who will tickle your taste buds with a culinary feast. Besides a variety of epicurean fanatics, they will also provide live entertainment and a festive atmosphere to the University of Woodlands Park location. The 15-acre park also features play areas for the kids, tennis courts, and more. You'll enjoy getting to know our recreational space better when attending these social gatherings that welcome you to the neighborhood.

June 8, 2019 –

Do your part in helping create a green-friendly environment by attending the World Ocean Day at Saltwater Brewery in Delray Beach. This event is educational, where you'll learn more ways to keep our beaches clean and safe for marine life. Also, the funds they raise for this event are donated to ocean-based charities along the coast to make these areas functional.

June 10-14th, 2019 –

Something new for the kiddos? The You Create Summer Camp is offering a Youtube and film workshop for ages 6-14. This unique, hands-on event will help your child learn filming, editing, and production skills for creating their own Youtube Channel. You Create Academy is offering a class where youth can learn the aspects and details of working in the digital media sector or entertainment industry. The organization teaches acting and a variety of other skill set needed in today's fast-growing business of digital stars. June 14-16th, 2019 –

The Pearl City Committee has organized a reunion to take place through June 14 to the 16th at the Wayne Barton Study Center. For those of you unfamiliar with Pearl City, this term is known as a historical site highlighting the evolution of the African American community in Boca Raton. The explanation for why it's called "Pearl City" is unclear. However, the event may help for past members to connect and talk about the area known along the Florida East Coast Railway, North of downtown Boca Raton. Note: This is a family event for both current and former residents of Pearl City in downtown Boca Raton that includes food, fun, and entertainment.

May – June 30, 2019 –

Continuing for June 2019, the Boca Raton Public Library is showcasing the works from the Boca Raton Community High School photographers. You can check out their latest exhibit "Endless Possibilities" where student photographers display a variety of subject matter.
