From Realtor.com, Priscilla Presley's Beverly Hills Villa Sells for $13M

Priscilla Presley has just sold her longtime Beverly Hills home.
The property closed for $13 million on Dec. 2.
The actress and entrepreneur, who was married to Elvis Presley from 1967 until they divorced in 1973, placed the European-style mansion on the market in August for just under $16 million.
It was the first time the retreat had been on the market for 45 years.
