4 Years After Landing on the Market, Kelly Clarkson’s Tennessee Mansion Finally Sells.
After four years and multiple price cuts, Kelly Clarkson seems to have snagged a buyer for her melodious mansion in Hendersonville, TN, the New York Post reported.
The property is currently in pending sale status. It was last on the market for $6,950,000.
Clarkson and her now-estranged husband, Brandon Blackstock, picked up the mansion for $2,860,000 in 2012. The former couple spent plenty of money on renovations, but a sale near the list price will result in a nice return on the initial investment.
