To help you stay informed on what's happening in the luxury real estate market in Boca Raton, we've put together the latest inventory statistics for condominiums, single-family homes and townhomes on properties that are priced over $1,000,000.

Of the total number of luxury transactions (defined as $1,000,000+) in our Boca Raton MLS system in the last six months, 439 are active listings, 66 are currently under contract and 223 are transactions that have closed.
By looking a little more closely at these numbers we can see that luxury condominiums account for 13.9% of the active listings, however when looking at the sold numbers you'll see they actually represent 19.28% units sold. This difference in percentages in active and sold listings indicates that luxury condos are moving a bit faster than single-family homes for sale.

Currently, the average home price has been listed between 24%-30% higher than the average price of homes sold over the past six months.

When looking at different property type and days on average, we can see that single-family homes and condominiums are fairly similar, however luxury condominiums in Boca Raton tend to close faster than single-family homes.
